Ms. Fazliu is the Thematic Coordinator for Research and Innovation for the HERAS Plus Project and reports to the three-party consortium WUS Austria (lead partner), ZSI and OeAD. She is in charge of activities related to the policy, university and research level capacity building and programmatic partnerships in research and Innovation by supporting the targeted institutions in developing, adjusting and implementing policies, laws and strategies with regard to quality assurance, research and innovation, including development of instruments and systems.

She has been team member in many Institutions, including University level, local government and NGO sector and has exercised roles in policy research, project lead, coordination, and management in several projects and benefited from cross-institutional cooperation in the area of Research and Innovation (as project partner and Independent Researcher).

Ms. Fazliu has a blended educational background in Psychology and Education, she holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Masters of Education with a specialization in Research, Assessment and Evaluation from Miami University, Ohio, USA. She is recipient of several scholarships, has presented co-authored papers in several Conferences and has gained extended professional development from different trainings in different areas such as mental health, research, project management and sustainable public management.
